Dr. Jon Amdur graduated from the University of Delaware with a Biology degree. he then received his Doctorate in Chiropractic at New York Chiropractic College where he met his wife. He has published several articles in the World Chiropractic Journal.
He taught for over 14 years at Hofstra University and New York College for Health Professions. he has volunteered for Wounded Warrior, LI AIDS coalition, and much more. He treats many Motor Vehicle Injuries and Workers Comp patients as well as pediatrics and pregnant women.
He specialized in CBP techniques and Diversified adjusting. He has treated thousands of patients and has one of the largest Chiropractic offices on Long Island. His success is due to his hard work and ability to help so many people feel better. He is truly a caring Doctor and his whole body approach has earned him high recognition.
He is the Director and co-owner of Copiague Chiropractic. He is passionate about Chiropractic and his family. He looks forward to the future and working alongside his son, the next generation of Copiague Chiropractic.
CATHYANNE AMDUR D.C.CHIROPRACTOR
Dr. CathyAnne Amdur attended Northeastern University and Hofstra University for her undergraduate. She graduated with a Doctorate in Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College.
Since graduating she has owned and operated 5 Chiropractic multidisciplinary offices on Long Island along with her husband Dr. Jon Amdur.
She is passionate about wellness and uses a holistic approach. Doctors Jon and CathyAnne have been married for 30 years and have 5 grown children. Their son Cole is currently in Chiropractic college in Atlanta, GA. She loves traveling, the beach, cooking, and family which includes her bulldogs!
ADAM HOPKINS D.C.CHIROPRACTOR
Dr. Adam Hopkins graduated New York Chiropractic College in December of 2006 and has been practicing chiropractic medicine for more than 15 years. Along with his Doctorate in Chiropractic, he also has a Bachelor of Science in Biology and an Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science.
With all his education and experience, Dr. Hopkins has become a well-respected and trusted health care provider in the area. He combines full spine diversified, Activator and Cox flexion distraction chiropractic techniques with soft tissue techniques like Graston, NIMMO and Kinesio-taping to help his patients overcome ailments ranging from neck pain with headaches to foot pain. He even employs the use of pain-relieving modalities such as electric stimulation, ultrasound, cold laser, heat and ice to help his patients recover more quickly. Dr. Hopkins has a genuine love for helping others and a love for the healing power of alternative medicine. ARKADY YUSUPOV M.D.DOCTOR
Dr. Arkady Yusupov grew up in Queens, New York, and is a graduate of Queens College with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. He obtained his medical degree at the American University of Antigua.
He completed his internship at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, New York. His neurology residency was at the University of California, Davis in Sacramento, California.
Dr. Yusupov has a special interest in headache medicine and completed his fellowship in Headache Medicine at Mt. Sinai Hospital on the Upper East Side of New York City. His interests in headache medicine include traumatic brain injury, cervicogenic headaches, migraine pathophysiology and therapies.
Dr. Yusupov is conversant in Russian. In his free time, he enjoys swimming, running, weight lifting, hiking, skiing, and wine tasting.

Mr. Nova is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistant. He is skilled in the intricacies of pain management for ailments related to acute or chronic injuries. Iren Shemelyak is a Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac.) in the state of New York. She has a Master's Degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. In addition, she is a nationally board-certified Diplomat in Oriental Medicine (Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine) with the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).
Iren received additional advanced training at Fukushin Clinic of Traditional Chinese Medicine where she focused her studies on acupuncture, tui na, and herbal treatments for weight management and related diseases.
Iren has completed Acupuncture 1, 2, 3 by Dr. Tan, trigger point acupuncture treatment, and kinesiology therapy continues education seminars. She specializes in treating neurological conditions such as pain, headaches, Parkinson’s disease, neuropathy, post-stroke treatment, and Bell's palsy.
She has a bachelor's degree in Biology from Touro College and a bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Her entire career has been spent working within the healthcare system.
